• Half of your team is aged 25 or under
• You have a connection to the Basel region (e.g. place of residence, education, work or hobby)
• You don’t need a (Swiss) residence permit to submit your project

• Profit-oriented projects
• Ideas from political parties or religious institutions
• School projects that are graded, or done for academic credit
• Ideas that are not for the public interest
• Training or further education
• Internal club (Verein) activities (e.g. camps or trips)
• Music albums or EPs
